    Our time at Sushi Fever was exceptional!

The food was delectable and it couldn't have been better! Along with the excellent food, they also had phenomenal service including no delay in orders! When we sat down a waiter immediately came with a joyful greeting and took our beverage order, as well as bringing a crisp, salivating cucumber dish with a wasabi and soy sauce dressing. We ordered the Screaming Orgasm and the Steak Hibachi w/vegetables & rice. 

Screaming Orgasm (S.O.)

To start off, the S.O. was heavenly in presentation as well as flavor. The sauce had a rich tang and a variety of spices. The sauce incorporated  ponzu and mayo. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a great balance. In addition, the tuna was seared to perfection with a few green onions and a generous amount of radish. However, one critique is that they should add less radish so the dish itself isn't overpowered. After all, the S.O. revolves around the seared tuna. Without a doubt, we definitely recommend the Screaming Orgasm to any raw fish lover.

Steak Hibachi w/vegetables & rice

When the waiter placed the Steak Hibachi on our table, we could immediately hear the crackling from the scorching skillet. The Steak Hibachi had true, robust flavors. The vegetables were smoky, zesty, and had a crisp touch of texture. The steak was cooked as if it came right out of the sizzling grill. Also, the meat itself was far away from becoming tough.
